You are what you eat

I know this line is such a cliche. We have all heard it time and again to the point we almost start ignoring it. Eat healthy. Eat a balanced diet. Yada Yada.

One thing we don't realize is that weight gain is a creeper that creeps on to us until it's too late. It might seem slow, but it is definitely happening. A good standard healthy diet is the only way to combat this creeper.

I understand there are temptations. We are human after all. Added to that, corporations have done no favour by making junk food delicious by researching what contents gives the most dopamine.

If possible, one must have healthy diet to combat this tough web of junk/fast food system we are all stuck in. Right food choices is key to keeping this creeper in check.
