Today I am getting a little political. I am talking about how fascism is spreading across the world. Want to know a little secret? Fascists hate education. For them, it is the biggest threat against their power. Education, I mean true education, means the ability to think critically. Critical thinkers will always find flaws in the system and it is a good thing. We need people who are about to "debug the system". That is what critical thinkers do.

That's what critical thinkers should always do.

We lives in scary times where fascism is on the rise. All over the world. We need to be more vigilant about protecting education, critical thinking, scientific temper and free speech. I hope social activists continue to work hard to protect education from being dumbed down.

Because the brutal truth is that when education is dumbed down, people are easy to manipulate. That causes power difference. We need to live in a democratic society and free education for all is the only way to progress as a human race
